• What is a Virtual Assistant?
    A Virtual Assistant is a self employed professional providing various office administrative tasks for individuals, small and medium sized companies.
  • Do I need to provide any office equipment/office space?
    No unless you wish to, we have own office and equipment.
  • Why should I not just employ someone?
    You may work remotely yourself or only need someone to complete a one-off project.  Maybe you have regular work to outsource but would prefer to pay a simple monthly invoice rather than run payroll.  You will only pay us for actual work carried out.  With an employee you will have additional costs such as National Insurance, PAYE, holiday pay, sickness, training, etc to consider.   • Do I have to sign up for a minimum contract?
    No, we are happy to take on short, one-off or long term contracts.
  • How do you charge?
    We charge a simple hourly rate, please enquire for further details.
  • How will we communicate?
    This is to your preference, we work remotely so can easily accept work via e-mail, over the telephone, skype or post.  We are more than happy to meet up periodically to discuss projects.
  • Where are you based?
    We are based in Hertfordshire just outside London.
  • What geographical area do you cover?
    We predominately cover Hertfordshire, London and surrounding areas although we can cover almost anywhere remotely.
  • Do we need to be based near each other?
    This is your preference, some Clients prefer to meet up periodically whist some are happy to work with us virtually over email and Skype.
